I have been captivated by glass for as long as I can remember. I am drawn to the soft, graceful lines and flowing shapes.  Having been a long time experienced stained glass artist, I am now compelled to experiment with different techniques of manipulating the dynamic properties of glass. I prefer the fusion process for the lustrous textures, transparencies and rich colors unique to this medium. I produce fused glass jewelry, platters, bowls, plates and small panels in fused glass. My work is shown at galleries, studio tours and special events. I have been commissioned by private collectors to do custom projects.  My work can currently be seen in Washington State at the Kingston Art Gallery. My work has been featured in fine art galleries in several states.

I have always been blessed to walk the path of the artist. From my early childhood in New York’s Catskill Mountains, my accomplished artisan mother gave me the opportunities to explore many art mediums. Upon moving to and completing my education in Los Angeles, my passion for oil painting and sculpting led me to continue higher education at the Sorbonne in Paris. During my years of marriage and raising a family, I was a ceramic potter, in my own working studio with potter's wheels and 2 kilns. My work was in high fire Cone 10 clay and eventually conquering the low fire beauty of delicate porcelain clay. Many years later, artist Karyn Cott, introduced me to fused glass. It was an instant love affair!  The history, composition, facets and colors became a passion. My fused glass jewelry work is characterized by vivid colors and fearless design combinations. The result is a growing collection of signature pieces that are enjoyed by glass jewelry aficionados and favored by fashion stylists in dressing celebrity clientele.
